PETROFUND alumnus Enos Haufiku reflects on his journey after receiving a PETROFUND technical drilling technician scholarship to study in Indonesia.
Haufiku shares that he made the difficult decision to resign from his job to pursue a drilling training programme and build a career in the oil and gas industry. Today, that decision has paid off as he has participated in several drilling campaigns for international petroleum companies operating in the Orange Basin.
He expressed his gratitude to PETROFUND for providing him with the opportunity to enter the industry and encouraged fellow Namibians with an interest in the sector to seize similar opportunities when they arise.
